Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By using PixLoading’s tools at pixloading.com you agree to these terms. The tools are free and require no account.

The service

PixLoading provides browser-based utilities for compressing, converting, splitting and optimising images and PDFs. Seven of the eight tools run entirely on your device; Remove Background uses our background-removal service.

We may add, change or remove tools at any time, including the set of supported formats.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the files you process and for having the right to process them. Do not use the service to infringe copyright, to process material you are not entitled to, or to break any applicable law.

Your files

You keep all rights to your files. For the seven local tools we never receive them. For Remove Background the image is transmitted to our service solely to produce the result you requested.

Intellectual property

The PixLoading name, interface and code are protected by copyright and remain the property of their owner. These terms do not grant you rights to them.

No warranty

The tools are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Compression and conversion results depend on your input; always verify output before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including lost or corrupted files.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the revision date above will change. Questions can be sent to support@pixloading.com.
