Introduction
PixLoading provides free image and PDF tools at pixloading.com. There is no account, no sign-up, and no login.
This policy describes what happens to the files you open in these tools and what data the site itself handles.
Files processed locally in your browser
The following tools read, transform and produce your files entirely inside your browser, using Web Workers, Canvas and WebAssembly. Your files are not transmitted to us or to anyone else:
- Image Compressor
- Image Optimizer
- Image Converter
- Image Grid Splitter
- PDF Compressor
- HEIC to JPG
- HEIC to WebP
Remove Background
Remove Background is the one exception. When you use it, the image you select is sent to our background-removal service so the subject can be separated from the background, and the resulting transparent PNG is returned to your browser.
The request is proxied through this site’s own server endpoint. Upload only images you are comfortable sending to that service, and do not use this tool for sensitive material.
Account and payment data
None is collected. PixLoading has no registration, no user accounts, no credits, no subscriptions and no payment processing.
Local storage and cookies
We do not set tracking cookies. Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so it survives a reload; clearing site data removes it.
Analytics
The site loads Google Analytics 4 to count page views and understand which tools are used. It runs with Consent Mode v2 defaults set to denied: analytics, advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization are all switched off until you explicitly opt in, and there is no opt-in banner, so in practice Google only receives cookieless, aggregated pings (page path, referrer, coarse device class and approximate region).
No cookie is set for analytics in that state, and no data about the files you process is ever sent to Google — file processing happens in your browser and never reaches an analytics request.
If you want to block analytics entirely, any content blocker will stop the request; the tools keep working because they do not depend on it.
